Supervising Social Worker – North West (Liverpool and Manchester)
We are looking for a dedicated and dependable Supervising Social Worker. We are open to accept applications from newly qualified social workers as well as candidates with experience in the fostering sector or other relevant social work experience.

UK Fostering is a young and dynamic fostering agency rated OUTSTANDING by Ofsted in all areas. We have offices in the North West, the South East, the Midlands and the North East. We are looking to recruit a qualified social worker for our office in Warrington.

The families on the case load of the successful candidate are located across the North West, hence willingness to travel and use of a car is essential. The job requirement also include the relevant social work qualification, hcpc registration and appointment is subject to an enhanced DBS check.
We work hard to achieve positive and sustainable changes in children’s lives and support our foster families to a very high standard. The successful applicant has a passion for children and young people, excellent organisational skills, is able to meet deadlines, has excellent communication skills and the ability to analyse situations accurately.

The job description includes the following aspects:
• Supervision of pool of foster carers across the Midlands
• Form F assessments and panel presentation
• Monitoring and complying with all safeguarding aspects
• Participation in delivering of training for foster carers
• Flexible working and out of hours support to carers

Salary of £24k – £32K pa, depending on skills and experience.

Supervising Social Worker – Midlands

We are looking for an experienced, dedicated and dependable supervising social worker, with a minimum of two years of post-qualifying experience, preferably in the independent fostering sector or in a statutory setting such as child protection and youth offending.

UK Fostering is a young and dynamic fostering agency rated OUTSTANDING by Ofsted in all areas. We have offices in the South East, the Midlands and the North West. We are looking to recruit a qualified social worker for our office in Solihull, Midlands. The families on the case load of the successful candidate are concentrated around Leicester and Coventry, hence willingness to travel and use of a car is essential. The job requirement also include the relevant social work qualification, hcpc registration and appointment is subject to an enhanced DBS check.

Freelance Form F Assessors  – North East Region, Warrington region, Midlands, London & South East

UK fostering Ltd is interested to hear from qualified social workers who are interested in undertaking the BAAF Form F assessments in various locations nationally especially in the Midlands.

 

Applicants are required to have:

• A social work qualification
• Sound report writing and assessment skills
• A current hcpc registration.

We undertake all necessary statutory checks and seek references where appropriate.

UK Fostering provides guidance and advice throughout the Form F assessment process and ensures prompt payment upon completion and panel presentation.
