Sam Shayegan – Assessment Manager
Hello, my name is Sam Shayegan.
I have over 9 years’ experience working in multitude of settings within children’s social services, including Brief Solutions Intervention (Short-Term), Children in Need (Safeguarding), Children in Care, Fostering and Adoption, in both the public and private sectors. I have worked as a manager, for over 4 years, within the fostering sector, as an assessment/quality assurance manager and service manager for independent organisations.
My focus, in respect of UK Fostering, is centred on increasing the value and performance the agency using a solution focused, strengths-based approach with sustainable outcomes.
Sustainability and transformation plans are a practical expression of the ‘place-based systems’ that offer the best opportunity for staff, carers and partners to work together to the delivery of best possible practice and outcomes in respect of Looked after Children.
