Becky Norris – Regional Director Midlands

Becky Norris has a wealth of experience working in Children and Families settings dating back to 2001. She worked in residential children’s homes, as a children’s advocate, contact supervisor and as a senior social work assistant before qualifying with a Diploma in Social Work in 2004. Since then she has worked in variety of settings including child protection, safeguarding, children looked after, care management and children with disabilities teams as a social worker, senior practitioner and as a team manager. Having worked closely with a number of fostering services for many years Becky started managing fostering teams and services in 2012 in the Midlands and the South West before joining UK Fostering in 2016. Becky has undertaken a wide range of training and has a BA in Social Welfare. During her career she has also undertaken independent work as a consultant and Form F assessor.
