UK Fostering is an Ofsted rated ‘outstanding’ foster agency which is currently recruiting foster carers in Bolton and the surrounding areas. Coming into foster care and living with strangers can be a scary and daunting experience for children. Compounded by the fact that many children coming into care have been neglected or abused, this can result in children having attachment issues and behavioural problems. Here at UK Fostering, we are looking for foster carers who are patient and compassionate, and who have the skills to look after children who have experienced trauma. You do not have to have any specific qualifications, we provide all of our own in house training, and we also offer specific training courses every year to help you to become a therapeutically proficient carer. We also receive referrals for children who need emergency or temporary respite care, sibling groups, long and short term care and parent and child placements.
