UK Fostering offers a range of services to local authorities who are looking for foster carers for the children in their care. We work closely alongside authorities to ensure that children and young people get the most out of the placement with our foster families. Working in partnership, being solution orientated, and having respect and understanding for each other’s responsibilities is fundamentally important in our approach to working with Local Authorities. We aim to be flexible and adaptable to the needs of each child whilst addressing the needs of Local Authorities at the same time.

Services

We provide different types of placements for children and young people, depending on their individual needs. We provide local authorities with experienced, dedicated carers who have the required skills and training to meet all the needs of the child, making sure that each carer will be able to meet the child’s physical, educational, emotional, health, cultural, religious and social needs.

At UK Fostering, we see ourselves as part of a wider network which includes local authorities, children and young people, and foster carers themselves. This means we provide a supportive, professional service to all parties, which is responsive 24 hours a day. We act as a vital touch point to ensure that the experience of fostering is as beneficial as possible to all parties involved.
